HAYES TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE The Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting November 21, 2019 at 1:00 pm at the Hayes Township Hall located at 09195 US 31 NORTH, Charlevoix, MI 49720. The purpose of this meeting is to address the following agenda items: 1. Hayes Township Master Plan Draft: The Board of Trustees will decide whether to release the draft version of the updated Hayes Township Master Plan to required governmental agencies and to the public for review and comment. Required public hearings will be held at later dates. 2. Public Comments.

Board of Trustees Special Meeting Notice The Hayes Township Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting June 1, 2016 at 7:00 p.m., at the Hayes Township Hall, 09195 Old US 31 N., Charlevoix. The purpose of the meeting is to hear a presentation from Leslie Cunningham and Bob Jess regarding the cafeteria building upgrade at the Hayes Township Park, Camp Sea-Gull. The following items regarding the cafeteria building will be discussed; Cost estimates to upgrade the plumbing (including shut-off valves), electrical, and building (all portions) to bring up to code and signed by a licensed building contractor.
