Notice of Hearing Special Land Use Permit, Cottage Industry The Planning Commission is holding a hearing on November 17, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Hall located at 09195 Old US 31 N., Charlevoix. The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment on an application from William & Laurie Wolfer for a Special Land Use Permit for Cottage Industry. The applicant is requesting permission to use the property as a vehicle repair facility. The property involved is located at 11033 Burnett Rd., Charlevoix with property tax numbers 15-007-102-012-10.
