AUG 19 – Notice of Hearing "Special Land Use Permit, Cottage Industry"

The Planning Commission is holding a hearing on August 19, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Hall located at 09195 Old US 31 N., Charlevoix. The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment on an application from Abraham Dhaseleer & Erinn Beck for a Special Land Use Permit for Cottage Industry. The applicant is requesting permission to use the property as a “home base” for a small landscaping and odd job business. The property involved is located at 10905 Burnett Rd., Charlevoix with property tax numbers 15-007-111-009-60 & 15-007-111-009-70.
