Planning Commission Zoning Board of Appeals Joint Meeting Notice The Hayes Township Board of Trustees, Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals will be holding a joint zoning ordinance training session on January 19, 2016, 7:00 p.m. at the Hayes Township Hall, 09195 Old US 31 N., Charlevoix. Prior to the training session the Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at 6:00 p.m. to elect officers and approve minutes from their meeting on December 16, 2015. Immediately following the training session the Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting to set the meeting dates for 2016, elect officers and approve minutes.
